Basic operations in the blow room:

Tratzehler blendomat:

The bales placed directly on the floor within the marked working areas on both sides of the blend met BDT and the wrapping is removed. Trutzchier cleanomat system:

The cleanomat system consists of different cleaners with the same structure. Depending on the application requirement the cleaner are equipped with 1,3 or 4 cleaning rolls. As many as possible of the machine and control components are kept identical, thus simplifying maintenance and reducing the need for large stocks of spare parts.

Cleanomat CVT 1:

The cleanomat CVTI with a coarse fully-spiked roll is the first cleaner with gripped beating in a line. Apart from separating coarse and medium-sized trash particles it opens the cotton to a great extent. The degree of opening is ideally matched to the feeding requirements of a fine cleaner in a line.

Dedusting machine duster ds:

Dust and micro-dust can only be efficiently removed if the cotton has been sufficiently opened. To achieve this, the dedusting machine ductes de is implemented after tine opening always prior to card freding. The most comprehensive dedusting is achieveit in combination with a preceding cleasomal clemer. Doe to the small number of moving parts the duster ds requires linle maintenance and has a high level of operational reliability

Foreign matter separator:

The securomat SCF is integrated into the duct between the bule work-off and cleaning stages An additional condensor for feeding is not required. Four video cameras constantly check the fibre flow and a computer analyses the pictures instaneously. If a foreign body such as a fragment of polypropylene is registered than a flap further down the line expels this patticle form the fiber below. The high velocity results in only a minimal loss

Blendomat Bo-A

Blendomat Bo-A is flexible in operation. 1-3 groups of Bales can be freely allocated to 1-3 lines. No problem with bale height varying. Three qualities of cottons can be fed into 3 separate lines. For intimate blending, Blendomat can process simultaneously. This can be done on one or both sides. The detachable head, in this case, moves to the other side at the end of its journey.
